She will honour your unique lived experiences and create a relationship that is built in trust that explores what this journey looks like for you while using an intersectional, trauma-informed, and culturally aware framework throughout our time together. She wants to make space to learn the different layers of your life while providing a compassionate environment. She intends to meet you where you are at in your therapy journey. She works from a variety of frameworks to support your needs. These include IFS (Internal Family Systems), narrative Therapy, somatic/body experiencing, nervous-system regulation, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), attachment theory and self-compassion lenses. She aims to work on creating safety and awareness in all the different parts of you and in your body. Ultimately, She works from a person-centered approach to tailor and frame therapeutic sessions that supports you while allowing for a non-judgmental space to explore the inner workings of yourself.

She has experience working with diverse populations, and being a second-generation immigrant and Indo-Canadian herself she has an understanding of balancing different roles within different societies and expectations. She also offers services in Punjabi.
